purchase. “HOWEVER, some of our low-price, free-shipping products are shipped
from warehouses located in China. Consequently, the expenses associated with
returning or exchanging these items to China are notably high, thereby
rendering us unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for such products.”

you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to:

Return: You may return the item for a full refund, including
the cost of the product.

Exchange: You can exchange the item for a different size,
color, or a product of equal or lesser value. If the exchange item costs more,

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    the same packaging as received.
